ROCKTAPE - Kinesiology Tape 2" x 16.4

Summary

Started taping my knee after dislocating my patella this year. Tried a few brands before my PT recommended RockTape. Gives me the extra support I’m looking for, and lasts longer per application than other brands. Highly recommend trying it out!
