Chippewa Creek Challenge Half Marathon

Good communication, easy directions, organized packet pickup in a covered shelter with room for staging.
Ample free parking near the start/ finish with spectators access.
2 permanent restrooms on site however 1 was accidentally locked and inaccessible leaving runners standing in line at start time. Additional porta John’s not permitted by the park. 
Well marked and hilly course through beautiful Brecksville Reservation on single track trail, road, and paved path with lots of rocks, roots, several steams and wooden bridges. We were blessed with perfect fall weather and extra scenic sunshine through the fall foliage.
2 6 1/2 ish loops make up your half marathon distance with one water stop on course and a full aid station at the start / finish. These RDs always have a bonus food item at the finish and they treated us on this fall day with hot cider and pumpkin rolls! 
Choice of swag - love my salamander theme tee and matching finisher’s medal. 
Awards for overall and top 3 age group winners in 5 year increments.
I would definitely do this one again!
