Mizuno - Wave Rebellion Pro

Summary

Maybe the best carbon plated racing/training shoe of 2023. Can handle any distance or speed, but excels when you pick up the pace. As a forefoot striker, I appreciated the cushioning in the forefoot. Its unique design isn't a gimmick. Fast shoes!
