Warmhand Rechargeable Hand Warmers

So far this winter, my biggest cold-weather issue has been my cold fingers. I picked up some New Balance gloves that I thought would get me through the cold months, but I found myself having to double up on gloves just to keep my fingers from freezing. Then Timberlin suggested using the zipper pocket in the gloves for hand warmers. Brilliant! 

Fortunately, my husband heard my cold-finger complaints and got me these hand warmers for Christmas, and they seem to have solved my problem.  I love that they're rechargable (with an included USB cable that can charge them in my car in a pinch) and reusable, and they have 3 different temperature settings. 

Though I also got an extra pair of gloves for Christmas, I figured I'd try them out with my New Balance gloves. Though the temperatures haven't been unbearably cold lately, they're definitely cold enough to freeze my fingers - but not anymore. The hand warmers are a little bulky - they take a little getting used to - but they fit perfectly in my gloves' zipper pocket. For now, the low temperature is warm enough to keep my hands comfortable, and I'll be able to crank up the heat when it gets colder. And I no longer need my extra liner gloves!  I'm so glad I got them!
